This was posted on the facebook marketplace late Friday night listed for $800. I showed up at 8am and thought I was going to be in a bidding war when 2 other guys showed up minutes after me. Anyhow, I guess since I had messaged and showed up first, the owner gave me first shot at it. Had a dude offer me $1000 for it in the driveway as I was strapping it on the trailer. Starts right up and drives great. Everything works, including the brakes. I initially planned on flipping it to make $400-600, but after seeing and driving it, I can't bring myself to get rid of it. Haven't even washed it yet or changed the fluids but ordered a new OEM sidecover the moment I got home.

Up here typically when they draft up a plan of your property, it won’t show coordinates of each marker, but it will show it tied to a known point or 2 with coordinates on them. So somebody that knows what they are doing can calc through it and get the corner coordinates. Again, I’ve never surveyed in the US, so I don’t know if that’s how it is there or what. But if it is and you need someone to calc through the plan to get you coordinates let me know.

I think you’d have a tough time. A lot of the non morons came from the HL forums back in the day, when the bottom fell out of that they moved to Facebook, or maybe they moved to Facebook first then the bottom fell out of it I’m not sure lol. Anyway, most are content where they are and have little interest in forums anymore. You could always post a link to the site in the group but you’d have to expect some amount of morons to trickle though also haha.

Clutches can be refurbished, new friction material can be bonded to the steel backing plates easily enough. It's certainly something I'm confident in doing if anybody here needs assistance or a refurb.

You too bud, thanks for the hard work you’ve put in to create this site. I much prefer the forum platform over book of faces....there are some real morons there.

Autumn is my favourite time of year, but this year it seems to have been skipped over. It was like flipping a switch, warm t shirt weather one day, then freezing cold the next and hasn't been nice since.

Congratulations to LSU for winning a trip to the SEC Championship game and a perfect 12-0 season and to Joe " Burreaux " for setting numerous records and being the leading pick for the Hiesman Trophy and becoming a Cajun wearing his new jersey name before the game The had some really good games this weekend , I didn't get to watch till 5:30 , seen the end of that Aurburn game and loved it , Coach Saban was about to blow a gasket ( should have stuck around coach ) and seen the LSU game in it's entirety --- twice now , LOL Any Georgia fans on the board , you'll next !!!

I have to replace a tie rod, but gonna do both obviously. Didn't really notice it too much till I threw a 60 inch plow on the front. Gonna get the tune up kit on eBay, OEM? Oil filter, spark plug (anyone have any suggestions), fuel filter. Replace my stretched out choke cable. Tires are ever so slowly losing air at two corners. Brand new ITP mud lites, don't know if it's a bead seal problem or valve stem. Springtime, check and adjust Valves, maybe put a muffler on it. It's starting to get some holes in it.(LMK if anyone has any I go where j can get a New old stock muffler.) Pull the carb off in spring and go thru it. Diff fluids are done.

Heres a fun stat. All season had 142 points scored on us. That could be accomplished in 3 games on some teams. We scored 599 points on our opponents.......thats wicked!
  18. 1 point
I only had time to watch "the game". And osu smashed michigan.....Hard. although they did score the most points on us of anyone this whole season. At a whopping 27. With our average points scored of over 40 lol. We are gunna have a showdown for the ages at the top against lsu.

Heres the cam numbers. Mine is a magnum which appears to be the exact same as gt thunder. From all the research and a confirmation by my machine shop guy 350 is max lift before the shortened valve guides are needed. Which my cam is maxing out that on one lobe the other has a tiny bit more room for error lol.

Here is the spec sheet for the custom piston. I do know that they shorten the rod by 2mm and the stroke is done by moving the pin in the crank. As far as cam goes i cant go any bigger without shortened valve guides so the cam isnt out of the budget but the extra machine work is ontop of the cam. I cant seem to find the rod length anywhere. Not stock or aftermarket or anything. And the dynamic compression has me stumped lol. Piston is 12:1 but i know there are alot of other factors in dynamic.

Most likely it would freeze -- I seen hot coffee in a thermos freeze at - 24 C - 11 F which was inside a cooler on the bike.

Mel , thanks for the deed marker idea = my buddy who owns the land connected to me says he is going to look into checking for coordinates for property lines , also told me about a program or what ever you would call it , that is a map of properties and the name of the owner for the State , that he has viewed and is going to see if he can get it

SamUK , I like pastry crusted things also ------- I bet you'll have something similar over there , we have meat and crayfish pies , stuffing in side either a mini pie shell or like a soft taco shell to make a pocket , then pinched on the ends to hold it together , then deep fried in oil , the crayfish folded pie is my favorite , I wish I wouldn't have thought of that , now I want one another pastry dessert I like , lady at the flea market makes these mini pecan pies , they are crunchy , I break them up into pieces and microwave them for about 20 seconds , 2 scoops Blue Bell Homemade vanilla ice cream , big squirt of Hersey's chocolate syrup , and aerosol whip cream sprayed over the top

Finding a good muffler may be your biggest challenge. I've only seen OEM fuel filters for the TRX350s and they're about $20 each I think. An OEM air filter is probably your best option too. Tha aftermarket air filters that I've seen delete the OEM diffuser screen which leaves the foam element unsupported. NGK spark plug and either an OEM oil filter or a K&N KN-113. I'd check the cam chain wear while you're adjusting valves as well. Avoid tuneup kits (and any other parts you need) that aren't 100% OEM, cause they're cheap china junk otherwise. My own spring time plans call for swapping Rancher 420 OEM front disc brakes onto my '00 Rancher. I need to wash that bike too... 🙂 But during these winter months I'll be making FCU gizmos and tinkerin' with a 450 Foreman project in my spare time.

I’ve got a DGL in a 300 diff already setup that I might let go of. It was ridden 2-3 times and bike was stripped and sold. Wonder what it would be worth now that these new ones are out?

little off topic, but NO, last night I had 6 of em here, mother with her 2 cubs and all 3 orphans from two other females she left, 5 minutes or so later heard a rifle shot(night time????) so, someone might have had a early bear hunt, cheaters are common in this area ?? so far tonight, not a single bear showed up, so not looking so promising , odds of them allk getting shot in one day are honestly slim, but never know!~ this was the first yr they had opening day on a Saturday and the first time they had so many chances for bears to be shot, went from a 3 day bear season traditionally, then they added a extra 3 days in deer season and this yr they went to 32 days of bear hunting, several seasons and that sold a LOT more bear lic's than normally, due to so many extra chances at a bear ON this past Wednesday a neighbor near me found a big dead male bear in his backyard, with a arrow in it., fresh kill, and OUT of bow season, so, thinking again, someone shot it at night ouyt of season, but ran off and they never got to it before being found 3 rd illegal kill this yr here I know of! my local bears took a major hit this yr I typically loose many 2 a yr to hunters and one or two to vehicles or cheaters this yr I have lost over 9 I know of, and had 15 different one's I could tell between April and AUg, so, lost a lot of them , and still got 5 more days of hunting them left legally? this warm weather and up and down temp swings, has caused a lot of bears state wide to get shot this yr, as when its warm, they don;t need to den for winter and with winter seeming to come later and later every yr IF at all, many stay active and thus, get shot/hit by vehicles, as deeper into winter there active, harder it is to find food and they have to be more active and travel about more, increasing there odds of being seem,/shot! the state game dept wanted to lower bear numbers this yr, and why they increased seasons so much, and I am positive it will be a record kill yr on bears state wide I am close to a hi way here, and in a 25 mile section or two, there were over 30 bears hit by cars this yr in the one section , about 5 times more than average yrs so between hunting, cheaters and vehicles, MY area I know will be down a LOT on bears next yr
