I decided to give the x-27 fiskars .... A work out this morning.... Took about 2 + hours to bust this pile... I'm SUPER impressed every single time i use it! just a few more big chunks of beech left... Then over to the right my favorite fire wood.... bodark (Osage orange) i hate dealing with those thorns... But this wood is worth the trouble! I'll probably use that 35 ton monster to split that stuff .^^^

Wheel bearings , ball joints and brake pads : The wife's bike is next in line for a pit stop , she is going to get a front end job , new wheel bearings, ball joints and disc brake pads , she has the old school Pivot Works bearings in hers now , they lasted a very long time as far as wheel bearings go for me , I got a new set of Pivot Works bearings that were warranty replacement for a set that went out on my 300 , and I will be able to send her set back for another replacement , only thing is I don't think these new Pivot Works are as good as the old ones were -------- for the disc pads , I have some SuperATV pads on the way $24.99 a set , also have some Sixity pads for an Artic Cat on the way , $9 a set for those , going to see how the Sixity pads work out ----ball joints are OEM Her Magenta ( pink) 300 is pretty nice , it has a 90 engine in a 96 frame with all the 1st gen wiring harness and components , it has the 424 kick out , 250 rear end , snorkeled , floorboards , stick stoppers , 27 SwampLites , front disc conversion , wheel spacers , 20" led light bar ---- this one had a 54% reduction in it at one time , I took it out , and it pulls these 27s just fine with out it

It finally stopped raining long enough for me to swap the new ECU in and I now have spark and the fuel pump sounds like it's working. The gear indicator on the dash stopped blinking "-" as well and it now says it's in neutral. I did notice that it doesn't turn over now when I press the electric start button, might have something to do with the $10 chinese starter solenoid I bought. I will drain out all the old gas and put some fresh in it and top the oil off once I get a chance and see if I can get it running.

still Waiting for the jug, the gaskets, compounds , valve tool etc, but I’m itching move ahead. Before Christmas I realized that I was going to need a few miscellaneous bolts to be replaced so I nabbed a box of bolts off eBay from a 300. They’ve already come in handy and I haven’t even put the motor back together yet. I cleaned up and painted the rear diff this week. Contemplating whether or not I want to do the same for the motor... Next I think I’ll just continue to get little things out of the way, route the harness properly, change the air filter, clean the carb. I still have to order a rear axle and hubs. That might be the next thing on the wish list. It’s coming along nice.

I got a fresh story of a stupid incident , my buddy ownes the flea market close to me , a week ago a nice set of work out weights and bars was stolen by two guys in a white truck , the survailence video was given to the Sheriff and a incident report filed , a week went by with nothing coming up , then a lady pulls into the flea market and ask for a work out bench to go with the set of weghts her husband had just got , she was driving the same ragged Chevy truck that was in the video , a pic of her license plate and of her were given to the detective , waiting results ---- think her husband is going to be po'ed at her , but figure he lied to her and told her he bought them or they were given to him , or is she that stupid

Reading about pricing up in the Great White North , makes me think you could get more than what they would go for in the USA ----even in the USA the prices are different across the country ---- you can get what someone will pay

I meet me a stupid person yesterday , come to find out from talking with him , he is a liberal arts student working as an intern on a grant for cultural literature ( what ever that is ) , got to love his mustach and both the Sheriff and Border Patrol both commented on it , he changed lanes right into me , lucky for me the Border Patrol Agent was behind me and seen the entire incident , lite up his lights , controlled the rush hour traffic , called the Sheriff , stood till the Sheriff came and made a statement to my being in the right ------ I got 300,000 miles on this truck and this is my first wreck in it , in fact this is my first wreck in 25+ years , he really messd up his car , the drivers door don't open and he had to get out the passenger side cause the door pillow is bent way in , I could see it being a total for him ---- It really don't look there is too much damage on my truck , he did miss the paint , bumpers bent , plastic fender flare , vallance under and above the bumper , but he hit me right in the wheel and it is going to need a front end alignment , whixh is hard to get on this truck as it weighs 16.5 K pounds and it is a long way to a shop that can handle it , which is goinhg to mean loss of wagers as there is no rental going to take it's place , bad deal or maybe vaction time !!!!! ---- this could have gone in the stuck thread as we were stuck together , I had to spin the tires in reverse to break us apart , which caused a big pop and really did finish off his door

If you can find someone that needs them and if they are in good usable shape you should be able to get $50-$100 out of them up there. New ones here are around $200 and I know your prices are always higher. It's just finding that person the needs them.

No word on the status of the bike yet, I will contact them soon for an update. You guys sure know a lot about sensors and electronics! It's not my forte! I finally got around to the trailer again this evening.. I sparked an idea in my head to fit an adjustable stump so I can have the trailer hitch off the ground when I'm working on it (axle stands are a pain when the object they are holding/balancing is too light), so this helped with steadying the trailer big time! I'll cut the leg to height when its hitched to the bike so it's not sitting on the ground when attached, making it easier to adjust. (Don't have the bike to check the heights anyway). I got a side welded on this evening and had enough so I'll hopefully jump into it again tomorrow evening and get the sides finished..

I run mine on a toggle switch. Hauling wood up hill on first gear doesn't cool it quickly. During hot and humid summer temps; I'd get back home and the bike would be smoking (yet the light never turned on). Installed the fan with a toggle switch and it solved my problem. I let it run the whole time I'm hauling wood or when I feel it become hot. No issues yet.
