Got the pressure gauge plumbed up. Fit like it was made to go there. Just enough room to swing the 90 fitting and the gauge. Searched the net and found the specs for this Troy Built TB27LS and it says 3200 psi. It is dead heading ( stroked out ) at 2550 psi. Going leave it there till I find a log it won’t crack. cracked a few oak chunks and if never even went past 1,000 psi.

Been all over Colorado myself, amazing country. I did like Gunnison myself. Loved Durango, Silverton, Uray, all of them spectacular. I hope to go back through there someday with my wife. Was in Ruidoso New Mexico one time, another pretty cool place, woke up to 24 degrees, dropped down to Alamogordo an hour later and it was high 80's. A lot of beautiful country out there that's for sure. I guess that's why I put up with the winters here, it cools down so nice in the summer. Mid 20's here last night and slept with the windows open. Like sleeping cold LOL.

When I moved over to NE Arkansas I had to sell my old Bass Tracker with a 50hp propped motor because there's really no lakes to speak of nearby. I'm within 20 minutes of 4 great rivers though, Spring, Current, Eleven Point and Black. I've been doing what I can on them with my propped 15hp on a 1436 John boat. Not something I ever wanted to take people out on though. I've had my eye on the Blazer SS boats with a jet drive and finally pulled the trigger on one last night. It's an 1856 with an Evinrude Etec 60/40. Hugely popular boat around here, made a little north in Ellington, Missouri. Most people have them rigged out to party on the river, with bimini tops and stuff, but this one is designed primarily for fishing with casting decks and a rod box.

Hello. I am new to this forum. Always been a Honda fan and had a couple different rides over the years. I currently have a 2006 Foreman ES, 1985 XL250R dual sport (only offroad now), 2003 XR400R (offroad). Everything runs good. I have bought a bunch of stuff this winter. Parts, Utility trailer, gear. I live in Ontario, Canada. Almost 50 years old. haha. Just getting used to this forum and how to do things. I will not be riding until spring or summer. I am on disability for health issues and currently have a feeding tube in my stomach. Can't very well ride with this in. LOL Rob

I'll create a post in the general forum to post pics so I don't hijack Shade's thread any more than I already have.

I figured i would chime in on this since I just concurred a two year issue by getting a new carb. You can find the recently active thread on the old forum. What i learned: start with an OEM carb without any rebuild aftermarket parts. If you need new jets go with Kehin or Honda......*DO NOT USE AFTERMARKET*. My issue was lean condition at all throttle positions, running hot and backfiring too much. The culprit ended up being the carb and specifically the pilot jet. After talking with the two lead mechanics at Brookhaven Honda I learned that shindy and all other aftermarket jets are notorious for being too small and yielding lean results. Anyway, my encouragement to you @F250 guy buy OEM honda parts for your carb rebuild.

I'd said in the chat room , $ 800 -1,000 down here for the tan one , for the $1,000 it would have to run great , not smoke , good battery and have some brakes , the red one $600 - 800

Thanks for confirming the size. Now when someone in the future needs to know, there is a good chance they'll find your post, even if it's years down the road.

I've always used starter fluid. It doesn't leave the residue that brake parts cleaner does. That said, I've got my parts washer up and running now, so it's gonna be a whole new ballgame! Wife always ! about the smell of starter fluid when I've been using it, and it does seem to cling to me even after washing my hands and then showering, even using Gojo or Lava.

Well..... It's between the the laser file-rite l-144, and the granberg g-106b ..... No luck on finding the g-106a (old school).... Oregon, and stihl fg1 BOTH have too much plastic for my likes (along with very bad comments on plastic flexing) the stihl fg3.<<< very pricey! And will not work with square teeth, BIG thanks for turning me onto the laser file-rite, Mel. 1st the pics are the laser file-rite, next... Is the g106b .. Last two are the stihl fg3 ...the others aren't worth posting

That was for lubing the protective cover to slip the cable end through. Cables for the newer machines are so cheap there isn't any point on trying to lube them.

Hey, we don't just have winter here ya know, LOL! These taken in Glacier National Park. It's about a 5 1/2 hr. drive to the upper Northwest part of Montana. I'm sure Macarena Man has areas just as beautiful. This is Lake McDonald in Glacier. The waterfall in the 2nd pic is almost 500ft to put things into perspective. The lake in the 3rd pic is at the East entrance of the park St. Mary's Lake. Another pic of Lake McDonald at sunrise.

Welcome to the forum. If its flashing any codes I would write them down just for future reference if the reset doesn't work. The EPS light will have 2 different blink patterns when giving the code, a long blink and short. 2 long blinks and 1 short gives a code 21 (2x10= 20 +1 = 21). It will have a pause between each code it gives if there is more than one. You can retrieve them also by using a jumper the same as below but install the jumper, turn key on and read codes.
