My wife caught me installing a crank and transmission into cases on the coffee table in the den back when we were dating. She doesn't let me do that anymore. (was hot as hades in my shop, so thought I'd do it inside in the AC)

I tried watching "Bluff City Law" since I'm close to Memphis. After two episodes I found that it simply threw every whiny social justice warrior millennial victimization out there and then said causes "won" in the courtroom. I don't watch much TV. Prefer to read. If I do watch TV it's usually on AHC (used to be the military channel). Unfortunately, it's like the History Channel became AHC (old WW2 footage, documentaries, etc) when History started playing crap like Ice Road Truckers, and now the AHC channel is playing crap that has nothing to do with the military, so looks like it's going to the dogs now too.

I saw that one too and it was pretty good. Anybody wonder what kind of hypocrites people like Charlize Theron and other Hollywood anti-gunners are when they do movies in which they are shooting people. When she was dating Sean Penn she talked him into welding his whole gun collection together as a monument to gun violence. Then she dumped him. What an idiot. I was ranting about it to my wife once. She said "What would you do if I asked you to give them up?" I replied that she would be hitting the road.

No, no problems, just thought I would post it as I found it to be a good instructional video for whoever might need it! I do however have a heck of a time in getting "Balto" into reverse as I have problems in getting the little flip handle into the slot in order to keep the reverse button down. I may have to try to grease the cable wire until I can find the time to find someone to do change it out, since Shadetree lives all the way out in Timbuktoooooooooo LOL ....

Sorry I should have been more specific. Yes I would like to know the voltage that the tender is putting to a battery when hooked up and working. 12.6 is a fully charged battery. I am thinking around 12.8 volts area?? I am just guessing.

I would get a UTV , I really do want one , but the trails around here would take a lot of work making them wider , then all my buddies with SUVs and UTVs with big tires would be over here tearing it up , then the smaller bikes would catch a hard time ----- but then it would be a good way to take the handle bars out my wife's hands , that could save money right there , LOL

Honestly I watch crap TV with the wife (sort of, I'm usually on my phone with it playing in the background). The only thing I really like to watch is AHC (formerly the military channel). They do WW2 documentaries all the time. Last night I watched a show about the Nazi part in the US during the 30's and how Hitler had german spies all over the US before the war started, trying to steal tech from the US. I do like the Goldburgs. Kinda stupid at times, but reminds me a lot of how things were when I was growing up. I liked "The kids are alright" too, but of course they cancelled that one after one season because it didn't have enough token weirdo roles given the time I was supposed to be taking place.

you deff got something wrong on this motor !!. i don't know what all it is ?, but what i do know is: IT'S NOT RIGHT !..LOL. i listened to the video, that has to be one of the worst engines i have ever heard lately that sounds like you dropped a bag of marbles down into !!!..lol. you still have my number ?, we need to go back over a few things for sure !..lol. these motors are very simple, IF YOU PUT THEM BACK TOGETHER CORRECTLY ?!!..LOL. its almost dummy proof to mess this engine up ?, but it can be done !. sooooo, with that said, me and you need to start from scratch, and see where you messed up ?. i can't be your eyes on here or the phone ?, but i can tell you how and what to look for, how it goes back together !. if you can't do it ?..then like i said..load that puppy up, all parts, drive down here, we'll have it apart, back together, and running like new when you head back home with it. THAT IS !..IF YOU DO NOT NEED ANY OTHER PARTS ?. but i do know i can fix it, your only cost is gas here and back, and maybe an 18 pack of cold brew ?, where else you gonna get that kinda price ??..lol.

LOL. They would never overstate the specs Retro! Most of my 110 maintainers are Schumacher, but that solar charger got some pretty shoddy reviews. https://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B004ZC3TFC/ref=acr_dp_hist_1?ie=UTF8&filterByStar=one_star&reviewerType=all_reviews#reviews-filter-bar @retro I appreciate the offer, but I feel like I'm turning you into my personal gadget maker lately LOL. Those VW solar jobs usually go for $25-50 on ebay. That might be the way to go. I wouldn't think VW would supply absolute junk with their cars, although they are made you know where.

LOL, well you have to remember that most of us can't make little McGuyver gadgets! I have a couple of tractors that take a full sized 12V battery, and a lot of smaller things like riding mowers (3) and ATV's (6-8 at the moment that should have good batteries on them). For something like this I don't need to do more than one at a time, simply because the goal is to find something I can stick on the machine so I don't have to pull the batteries when they're going to be sitting for awhile. I have tenders in my shop along the wall, with holes drilled through to run the pigtail off the tender. Then I have the harnesses permanantly attached to the battery terminals, so I can just plug the pigtail in when I part the ATV. Unfortunately, I only have room for 4 ATV's along the shop under the overhang. Mowers, tractors, and 2 of the three Jeeps are parked elsehwere, where there is no power source for a plug-in charger. There are these things that look interesting. Guy on a Jeep board bought one and was using it.
