  9. remove all the shifting parts that are over the end of the shift drum right there in the pics. center punch the rest of the broken bolt still in the end of the shift drum, start with a small drill bit, work your way up to, and as close as the inside of the threaded hole, then run a 6mm ( metric ) tap down the threads of the shift drum end, problem solved.

  15. the seats are pressed in the carb body. i have never seen a new seat anywhere online to replace them with ?. even if i did ?, i'd be weary of trying to get the old seat out ?!..lol.
  16. ya dont need 10 gallons of gear oil to loosen a snap ring !!!..lol.
  17. more than likely the battery is shot. you can not let them sit for months, and not start/ride them !.
  18. trash on float needle or float seat ?, does not take much to keep the float needle from sticking open.
  19. along with fish up yunder ^^^ anything is posb before you got yer hands on it ?. but they will bend, i've seen them break in half !. with the rubber boot out of the way, atv up off the ground ( all 4 tires ). spin the rear wheels, watch the output shaft, if tis bent ?, you will see it wobble.
  20. if the snap ring is not on top of the bearing under the dust seal ?, go from the bottom up, long bar, hammer, beat it up and out of the top. i did not see a snap ring ?, but ..you got it so muddy looking ?, i can't see nuff'n !..lol. DO NOT HIT THE INNER RACE ONLY ON ONE SIDE !!, SWITCH SIDES SO YOU WONT JAM IT IN THERE !.
