  1. (Originally posted in general discussion but felt it would be better suited here!) Hey would anyone be interested in buying an oil pressure adapter to be able to test the oil pressure on their Honda Rubicons? (May work on others but not sure) I made one to test mine after finding the OEM Honda adapter costs over $65 after shipping and tax, and is weeks out. Took a bit of searching and trial and error to come up with a good solution, and it works great. Mine would be $30 shipped, and would have them readily available. The best part is mine can be used with a cheap Harbor Freight gauge, or any oil pressure gauge you may have. Those with early Rubicons know there were issues with the oil pumps, and it’s really important to verify correct oil pressure to prevent a very expensive Hondamatic failure, or rule out a good / bad pump when diagnosing an issue. Willing to make more for forum members if there is interest. Thanks guys!

  3. That's about the cheapest I could find them new... hoping to pick up a used one from someone!
  4. Looking for part # 37200-HN2-003 for a 2002 Honda Rubicon 500 TRX500FA. Thanks!!
  5. Yeah it's pretty rough unfortunately... haven't had any luck finding a used one. Is there any way to even extract the milage / hours on this one?
  6. Hey AKATV, been searching for a way to repair my meter and saw this thread. I have a 2002 Honda Foreman Rubicon 500 with a pretty rough display. Screen lights up with the headlights, and the neutral / reverse lights work, but nothing displays on the screen, and the temp led doesn't light up. Looks to be water damaged. I bought it in this condition, also am missing the casing for the display. I know the front cover is available but can't find just the back. Really hope it is repairable as I would like to know how many hours / miles are on the machine, and don't want to shell out $280 for new assembly. You can see corrosion and a broken pin on one connector... Thanks!!
