  1. @WonderMonkey Been tinkering around (testing only) take a look at this and let me know if you had to do this one step because i didn't nor did i have to use chirp software ..., ill tell you PM how i got around this offset issue .(it has to do with reverse freq look up which my big radio will do with a couple key strokes) The way i did it was much less complicated.. And each frequency to did this on (analog only) worked perfectly! I can open any (analog) repeater my radios will receive... But I've look and looked online, and what I've learned is most say what i pulled off can't be done... Link
  2. Think about this for a few ^^^^^ haha!
  3. I know.... I had to mess with ya...i think it would be safe to say you've avoided fall ? That one caused the palms of my hands cramp up... No joke, if i think about those times easing my way round some of those old massive tobacco barn tin roofs... My hands will cramp up... I slid down one.... Luckily i layed flat and my clothing snaged on the protruding nail heads... It would have been like falling off a (almost 3 story building (give or take) wearing a safty harness just slows you down cause they also can snag and cause you to slip n slide....
  4. Bump drafted him ? I'm going to put it on in just few..... From your description sounds like it's going to a great white knuckle, that is from his point... Wow lead over 100 n 1/2 laps ? Impressive! I like Joey and brad.... They say Joey is completlty deferent behind the wheel.... Lol, i know brad is..... Lol! I count believe how far be gotten involed... He's even a part owner... RFK (Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing).
  5. Sure hit me! Didnt Joey win it ? Sigh....... N nope i haven't had time to watch it yet, but yeah I'm good with spoilers..... I'll go and ahead and guess a loose tire issue ? .... Lol! That one thing i think ? Has happened in each race so far this season .... And I'm just going to keep paging @m_quick not only is he joining in here.. But he's also one us older members like ol blue gloves aka Camanningjr .... Lol! Next time I'm in Cullman... I'll see if i can't locate him... If i recall he's a tech of some sort in the medical field ?!
  6. Looks like it's pretty good ..... This one might very well put the original exorcist movies at the bottom of that particular list....of spiritual oh and i believe each of those movies were actually writen on factual real life events...i don't understand the reason the Vatican would be part but they are..... Some of the events .... Can be right frightening .... And it sure gets one to thinking ... Maybe things aren't nearly as bad as we think they are.. Because if this is even a remotely a chance a person can be possessed to that extent.... Well ... I don't have the words myself... But we truly don't know the power good or bad that is out there.... Biased on real life events.
  7. Do you plan on checking that screen every so often after you've completed this job ? Cause i wouldn't think there would be much oli loss... Even so... I'd check very often... If you recall jeeps 2640.... It basically has that same screen.... Same setup our 30 has... You'll loose some, but well worth the loss... To keep a check... Especially being it's a hydrostatic system.... We had a 6620 ...bine had all kinds of drive problems due to a pickup (pre cleaner) that oddly enough is not mention in the big bible book as an item to checked at routine maintenance ntervals .....
  8. Nice! Hm..... Cat drivetrain .... Thats one brand i thought would never come back... I'm kind surprised they didn't go with tracks for lower ground pressure (small foot print) but then again with one this large wouldn't surprise me if tracks were an option.... I'll be keeping up to date on this bad boy... I just hope this partnership last... I'm a bigger fan of cat then johndeere... That's why i was shocked when cat announced they would not be offering power option for over the road trucks in the United States .... That's exactly what happens when the big goof offs in Washington try to regulate things that are better left to the. Experts which the goverment is Not known for....
  9. Hey now!! I was being nice didnt say the word yellow once....
  10. You see the plate ? That works we used have the Knox brothers here (big money people) eldest son had a square body chevy... Pickup... Ground scraper... Called the pink panther... I don't really care for low riders even worse pink... But that truck was sharp...even had a giant pink panther that stood in the back..that plates on. It read low zone... And I'll say that truck was a chick magnet! Hence my positive opinion of it lower, plus that color, and big pink fuzzy panther in the back... I rode with him a few times... I swear! Chick magnet!!
  11. Fish.... When are you going to stop tormenting mrs fish ? Lol! I know you said some was pay back for bike repairs but good grief dude...lol! I for see a bunch of great stories associated with new outhouse ... And yeah. Most likely some with Saran Wrap involved....
  12. Lols! That's uptown ... Lol! Most here would settle for a bush deep in the woods... Crazy i tell ya....
  13. So much to do in such a short time.... I still haven't seen the race of last Sunday ..... (More comments coming about the on going single nut wheel issue) plan to watch it today being it's been a steady rain just about all night... I've e been hearing bits .... About that track being somewhat re designed.. To be more like a super speedway... Hm..... We still have yet to rattle @m_quick .... Where you Shade buddy ?! I know i said i was done with this sport, but i just can't up and walk away.... It's just too much of a adrenaline rush for me... I think we might see a fav come back to the sport.... Least i hope so.... Got all planned up for this weekend IF ? the weather cooperates .... Times gettin close to firing up the grill picked two over an inch thick rib eye steaks ... All the fixens for a massive kang kong bundy salad... A couple large taters... Got a few items to grill also corn on the cob still in the husk... Shrimp...Avocados for the salad.. Grilling the taters wrapped in foil... No telling what else ill think of and this won't EVEN touch what I'm planning for Talledega ... That is IF ? I don't attend.... Might even head from there to Florida ... I've had so many close calls ... I'm living each day as it might be my last... Well... Not really maybe a just in case deal.. The end of march.. Starts the long waiting period IF ? I still want this deal... Nothing to do but keep this train on the tracks till then .... But boogity is the word for today..... Lol GET AFTER IT BOYS IT'S HUMP DAY!
  14. I know what time it is now..... LOL!

    Weather

15 here this am at about 3-4 am...we missed setting a new record low for this season....by just a couple degrees... But! There projecting (hold on to your bloomers) mid 80's for parts of the southeast day after tomorrow.... Then a good chance for severe weather, n possibly another cold snap... Afterwards..
  18. Two for two.... All that snow plus a canned ham... Haha! Bet he's got those windows open again ...... Dead of winter most likely oh! About 12 or so degrees outside...
  19. Hm...... Painting a target on prov, eh ff.... Oh no no no... That trick won't change who the real target is... Haha!
  20. $700 ?!?! Yeah....i agree... I forgot to mention i do recall the front tires (no pun intended shade) on that ol Alice Chalmers squat and just to give an idea of tracter size, it was not a massive size tractor... Eh ? About in the nieghor hood of 110-115 hp...... Hm.... I must have the numbers wrong someplace.... >> << website information I don't / didn't think that area was that far above sea level. my barametric gauges are calculated @ 750 feet.... Anyways.. I was thinking.... If the weight of said pipe was heavy enough to cause 2 front tires at about 55-60 psi to mash what (kinda) would be the total length ? Well... I can tell now if that question is the foremost in my head... Sigh.... Someone needs some serious rest....
  21. Nice! Magivering! I got involed in one..... The way we did it.... Well i walked in on that ordeal just after it started.... So I'm not too sure about what took place before pump ect ect were removed... So ... It was just 3 of us.... They had cutting torches... And needed me to do the hydraulics (front end loader) so i would wait for them to blow a hole straight in the ppe n right out the other side... Then they would stick rebar in the hole I'd let the loader down the rebar would catch on the casing .....they would cut the top half off re chain .... Reel more up rinse and repeat....removed i don't know how many feet of pipe like that (i must have been about 17-19) what made that job fun was the area of the well.... One of the highest areas around @Fishfiles you recall that pic of the microwave tower ? That's a rocks toss away from where the well was... Lol 600 ft above sea level i think ? Got it done... And used the scrap pipe to make some good ol heavy duty cattle panels (toe / finger mashing)
  22. Or you could be recruited ..... As a child to go pick out the rocks.... Besides riding a tator plow, pulling weeds (ROOTS AND ALL) and helping gather the fresh produce ... Hauling sacking etc ect... You get to understand what work ethic was, or you didn't sit too well for a short time.
  23. Had the 8 tracks, well i didn't ...... But the family auto did......i sware i heard sweet Carolina .... Enough times, and i can't stand that song! Lol!
  24. Hard to believe those little mantis jewels been around that long... Makes me feel old.... Lol!
