Thanks shadetree, I have removed the rear muffler and left the front pipe on, it's still glowing, could it possibly be the throttle body I have never done much with these thanks

Fishfiles, I am unsure if it has a oxegen sensor delete, it doesn't have one in the exhaust if thats where it is suppose to be thanks

Hiy there thanks fishfiles, Also tryed removing the exhaust back box, front pipe still glowing red, ones I had the pipe of and had it running it is like a fire the whole time through exhaust

Hiy there bought a seezed bike trx 420 2007 fuel injection , fitted new top end over hall Oem parts, starting bike up now exhausts glowing red, all timming marks are bang on also split to look at cam gear it's also lineing up, thanks graham
