  1. Hey everybody, I'm trying to replace the front brakes and rear brake on my 2006 Honda Rancher 350. The hubs are on tight and I cannot get them off to change the brakes. I watched a few things on youtube but didn't find anything that actually provided a link to a tool (puller) that would get them off. Can anyone point me toward a link for the best tool to use? I did beat on them a bit with a hammer but nothing was moving and I was afraid I would damage the hub and turn this into a bigger job. Also I noticed the rear brake seem to be locked up as it will not roll in neutral, the atv sat in my building for years. Any idea what I can look at to figure out why the rear brake might be locked up? Thanks in advance, this community has been a great help for me!
  2. I think I will roll with the 25's. Do the sizes I put up I was thinking of getting sound like they will be good? I know nothing about the sizing & those sizes I put up are just some that I came across online that I think some said would work.
  3. Hey everyone, I was hoping to get some insight on tires that will fit my 2006 Honda Rancher 2x4 ES. It still has the stock 24 sizes on the front and rear and it's time for me to upgrade them. I have searched the internet to better understand what will fit & the only thing I'm coming up with is that the stock sizes are not really found in some of the bigger brands anymore. I was going to go 25x-8-12 on the front and 25x11-10 on the rear but at the end of the day I really have no idea what is best since this is out of my wheel house. We live in the country and I want a good all terrain tire that will last. I've been looking at the Big Horn 2.0 & also Swamp Lites. If anyone can tell me exactly what tire sizes will fit comfortably on this atv it would really help me as I am ready to buy today. Also, if anyone has any suggestions on tire brands I am open to that as well. Thanks in advance for any help, this forum has been great!
  4. @AKATV Yes Sir, will do. I'm on Eastern time and should be home about 3pm. I will send over those photos. One thing I will note is this. I have been doing computer/electronic repair for years and I noticed when replacing that cover a distinctive smell, you know the smell when a board is burnt. I thought that really weird since my lcd works fine. I did not notice anything on the board burnt though, of course I didn't actually pull the whole board, I just stopped after putting the cover on and noticing the lcd looked bubbled. The strange part is, this atv has been sitting in my building a few years and the battery is not even in it. Maybe it was just me or maybe they just smell like that but I did want to note that. I bought a brand new lithium battery for it so when I get home I will send you a photo of it both off and also with the battery in and lit up on. I just saw a message from you, will check that now.
  5. @AKATV I have a 2003 Honda Rancher 350 4x2 ES. The speedometer cover was cloudy from age so I decided to order one and replace it. Upon replacing it I discovered the lcd under it has some bubbling from the sun I believe. I have searched and searched to find a replacement of just the lcd but have been unsuccessful. My lcd works fine, it's just ugly to look at, especially with that new cover on it. From what I have read on the forums you are the master with this sort of thing. I am in college right now but can send photos when I get home if this is something you think you can fix. Just to describe it, the lcd lights up fine but the actually lcd screen has bubbling across it. so basically, purely a cosmetic thing that I don't like. I attempted to message you directly but since I'm a new user it said I had to do something before I can message anyone directly. Please let me know if you think you can help with my speedometer as I would love to get that lcd screen looking new again. Thanks so much for your time.
