Fishfiles 20,145 Posted January 19, 2021 Storage boxes , a Pelican Box or the Apache brand from Harbor Freight work good for water proof storage , you can also go with an ice chest and use it as dry storage when needed ---- turn buckets with eyelets on the racks makes swopping around easy

Wheeler 2,524 Posted January 19, 2021 It’s a front driveshaft disengage. So u can run in rear wheel drive only. They quit making them again, & are like gold if u find one. Some are still listed for certain atv models on EBay once in a while.

Tim-ANC 202 Posted January 20, 2021 Interesting about the reduced steering effort. I wonder if it would ease steering bump on my 2001 Ruby?

What are you calling a 'steering bump " ? Steering being easier isn't really what I like best about the 424 , another thing that is fun is being able to rag it in 2wd ,throw 2wd rooster tails do quick slide arounds and donuts , but , the best thing is seeing how far I can push it before I "need" to lock it into 4wd 1 1
_Wilson_™ 6,558 Posted January 20, 2021 many reasons ..... those above ^^^^ plus less drivetrain wind up, (on pavement) you can use the brakes (front and rear) independently of each other, another big plus is it's completely mechanical. none of those push button electrical issues. IMO the best simple mod a man can do to a 4wd 300. 2
