Thank you for the welcome. Trying to figure out how to use this site.

New members have to make a few post before you can use personal messages , but I think you can still use the @name method  , with the person you want to alert like this @AKATV  , give him time and it will alert him anything else you trying to figure out

Hi there. I have just joined this forum thanks to discovering that one of you good folk; namely AKATV, who I hope can help me fix our 2006 TRX 350 TM6 Speedo LCD display. I am based in Australia and wonder if AKATV could contact me regarding fixing this? Many thanks and look forward to hearing from him.

Best regards

Hugh

Hi ENGRAVE, Welcome to the forum!

I can get you taken care of, thanks for posting a picture it really helps a lot

You will need to pull the internal circuit card out and send just that to me.

Its a lot cheaper to mail that way and I do not need the harness or top cover

I will sent contact information to your message box as well

AKATV any chance this is salvageable? It appears to have gotten water in it. The back lighting nor neutral/reverse seem to work.

Hi

Welcome to the forum!

If you open it up so we can get a better look at the circuit card. it will provide a lot more information to what you have going on.

Depending on how long it has had water sitting in  it is probably not cost effective to repair

I’ll take it apart tomorrow to get a better view and snap some pictures. What are my options if it isn’t salvageable? It appears this screen has been discontinued. Is there a way to retrieve the factory mileage from the speedo if it isn’t salvageable?

Post your year make and model for the speedometer

If it is not salvageable, you will have to have it replaced with a used circuit board you’re also going to have to purchase a new top cover as well

If the data is still present I can pull data and  transfer it to a used replacement board

I sent my contact information to your message box as well

I have a 2003 Honda rancher 4x4es and the speed meter does not work at all. Is it rebuildable. Partzilla shows to have the 37200-HN5-A12 but it doesn’t show it will work on the 03 to 06. The Honda dealer said that part # will work

maybe post a few pictures of what you have going on-

is your screen to dark?

does it light up at all?

has it been water damaged?

is the top cover cracked?

I will send my contact information to your message box as well

I am also looking to have my display repaired. Neutral reverse lights work and back light for display but can’t read screen. It was recommended I come here and find AKATV so I created an account and here I am.
