No spark

Atv Honda TRX 420fm 4x4 has no spark but got electrical power everywhere else 

Any help will be much appreciated

is the neutral light on when you turn the key on ?. it will not fire if the neutral light isn't lit up.

Yes green neutral light comes on

ok, try a new spark plug, plug it into boot, lay it on engine somewhere, crank it over, watch for spark, if it does not spark ?, then chances are the c.d.i. is bad ?, or the stator is bad ?.

before you rush out and start buying parts ?, check the wire harness at all connections to make sure they are clean and tight ?, also check for any mice chewing damage on the harness ?. check all fuses as well.

The 420's have a few sensors that will mess you up.  If you run a jumper wire from battery positive to the black/red coil wire (leave it plugged onto the coil, just pull the connector back a hair and touch the jumper to the terminal) will it start then?

Well, try checking connectors like Shade said.  Look for blown fuses, check to make sure power is coming in and out of each fuse (check the wires UNDER the fuse block, as sometimes the fuse won't make a good connection to the terminal).

What year is your machine? Is the fuel pump cycling when you turn the key switch on?

It's a 2009 model with power steering. Yes the pump cycles and everything else comes on(dash, fuel pump even off/on switch works when key is turned on) just no spark. Ran almost a whole day then just lost spark.
