while your in that far ....might not be a bad idea to change the upper , and lower ball joints ... unless there in good snug condition ..

Yeah, the MAW would get me there for sure (Might As Well).  I'd be replacing ball joints and bearing while I had all that apart too.

When I put the locker in last month I replaced one ball joint. Rest were great. Last fall replaced one bearing, & will replace the other bearing when I get it back together. I didn’t finish... I’ll have it back together next Wed am when I get home.

Well I managed to get er all together. I don’t think I had it a tooth off as there is a large Keyway u the middle. However I managed to line it up & eyeball the wheels perfect. Once I got to the bush I just had to lock the nuts down after I went for a ride & verified the steering. 
 

Now time will tell the reliability & durability of the new kit..

 

fingers crossed as I am the one who said NO allballs on my quad ever again. I now have two front wheel bearings, swing arm bearings  & this tie rod kit..
