Well I struck out.  Found one, and found a 420 intake, but that was it.  Apparently I've moved that one around so much that I thought I had multiples.

So not only do I not have an extra, but I actually need one LOL

Thanks for looking Jeep!

It looks fabulous oh400ex! Great work! What do you have in mind for protective coatings on the plastics?

Cerakote Trim Coat for the black. Can't be beat.

On the yellow... I'm conflicted. Either Turtle Wax Hybrid Ceramic or SC1

I would use the TW "Ceramic" coating on my machine but its a little more application work.

SC1 would probably be the best. Nice smell and the owner would be more likely to reapply often.

Underside of the fenders get the cheapest silicone spray I can find. Spray on and wipe out with a microfiber.

Thank you!

Cerakote sounds like a great choice on blacks! Have you ever tried a Wipe New Recolor kit on ATV plastics? Its simple to prep & apply, just wipe the plastics down with acetone then apply the Wipe New Recolor in one wet coat. Let the coating dry for 32 hours or so until hard, indoors away from sunlight and rain/dew/moisture.  I've got two years out of my coatings so far and the plastics still shine & look as good as the day that I put them on the bike.

EDIT: Correct that... It's been 3 seasons since I coated my Rancher plastics.

Have used it on other things but never on a set of fenders. I will.

Need to try liquid sandpaper too lol

Sanding is one thing that my busted up hands cannot do at all anymore. If you ever invent liquid sandpaper and need a silent investor, I'm in!

I don't know if it works like Kleen Strip hopes it does but Fish has given it a shot before. I'm gonna try lol

That looks awesome!  I got some yellow fenders from @1080PowersportsPartsLLC that I think I'm going to put on the 13 Rubicon I picked up to rebuild.  I might  get some pointers from you on how you got them so clean!
