Don't think 13 had an 02 sensor.  That started on the new body style.

Yep , I just called my 420 buddy , he said 2014 started the O2 sensors , I think Bassman has a 2013 ------ look at the exhaust and if it has one it will be screwed into the muffler  ----   he said run some Seafoam thru it

Makes sense to me that a weak fuel pump  could cause it to stumble and overheat

Hi: Check the fuel line going down to the sub fuel tank -- maybe a kink in the rubber hose.

I own two with the 02 senser. These have an idle control valve. Check that first. I've heard that cleaning can help but if it's like my old Accord then just replace it

I'll check idle control on the throttle body. I don't have an 02 sensor on mine

You said they set the valves -- they had to take the fuel tank off -- the fuel line maybe kinked when they put the tank back on -- seen this done before --

Thats a good point. I'll check the lines going into the fuel bowl. It hasnt done it anymore in a while. Wondering if a little trash got in the system
