Thank you everyone for the help it was the TPS 

Ok I want to make sure but would these be right or no I thought that the wires on each end of the connector should color match but new to this so I know I could be wrong

Ok thank you I have been busy but I am able to work on it today so going to check the TPS here’s hoping today is the day I figure it out

It is foot shift and I changed the CDI box not the ECU and no I haven’t checked the voltage regulator yet  

Yes it turns over good it just want crank and the parts I have bought are OEM

Was looking up reasons for no spark and this site popped up a couple of times so thought I would give it a try

 I had not checked that so I will check that next what am I looking for it to do sorry as I said new to this

Yes it was running but it was in building for about 7 months without being run due to broke ankle my uncle put the carburetor on it  and now it want run there is no spark and the carb was rebuilt and I am new to working on my 4 wheeler but I checked the solenoid and it read good but stater is one thing I haven’t checked 

I have a 2007 Honda foreman that was running rough (sputtering) due to it sitting in my building not being run for about 7 months so I had the carburetor rebuilt prior to this it would crank and run as I said it run rough but it would run since putting it on there is no spark. I have put a new battery,  new ignition coil, wire, spark plug, and new cdi box, but there is still no spark any help would be much appreciated thanks.
