Well I tried everything I except a magnet I can’t find one small enough so far

Thanks I was told to come here for answers hopefully I find a few

I will try that in the morning when I get off work this thing is driving me crazy.  

I’ve got the shift shaft out but there is a little piece on the other side of the set screw I can’t get out any ideas?
