What do you eat at your riding parties or tailgating ?

Being tomorrow is Thanksgiving , I been doing some cooking in preparation , just finished a pot of Gumbo , shrimp , lump crab meat , oysters , sausage and shredded chicken breast  ----a pan of oyster dressing that I kicked up with oysters , small cut shrimp chunks and crab meat , going to put that pan in a baking pan , bread crumbs sprinkled on top and some lemon slices  then in the oven for 1/2 hour ----  oven cooked turkey breast , crock pot pork roast and gravy , mash potatoes , candied yams , dinner rolls  ---- Saints play at 7:30 Thanksgiving night , I  hope to not be knocked out on the sofa by then , cause the tops will be spinning off them Coors Lite bottles at 10:00am or so

It looks pretty ,  " only  "  $199  , yikes !!!!  I think I would be making my own case protector if I couldn't find one before it moved , if I paid $200 for the cover

DEFINITELY going to make a protector for the case!!!!! Especially since they’re so hard to find.

@Dnolley024, you got me hungry !!!!V   You'll got it going on , thanks for the tip on the " Jack Stack Meat & Poultry rub  " , going to look for it ---I am checking out your heat deflector pan under the grill , what's is it aluminum foil , a pan or both   ???

Looking at those made me hungry too!!!! Lol.
But, on the Traeger smokers, the heat deflector is under that piece. That is the drip tray, it sits in there at an angle so that the grease runs down into a little bucket. It’s a great idea to avoid flare ups and all that. I put foil on the drip tray for easy clean up 👍

Dnolley , I have had a few of the 200SXs , we mud ride and that little bike could make the trip with the right person riding it , it would float and even with small tires , when it was stuck , you could jump off and walk it thru -----  when one tore up the rear axle carrier , I took the engine , harness and electrical components out and want to some day put that 200SX engine with a jackshaft  into a club car electric cart I got laying around , think that would be an awesome motor for the cart , 5 speed , auto , electric start with reverse , I had just did an upper rebuild on that engine before laying it up , the engine is under that table and you kind of got me going to take on that project , right after the other 47 projects I got going on , LOL

I still got that back rack , too big to ship , see your in Kansas City , know anything about BBQ ??

About the BBQ, I did a 14 hour smoke on a Wagyu blend brisket for the 4th, best think I've ever cooked in my life!!!!!! I don't have an offset smoker, bought a Traeger last year for myself for Fathers Day, and man, I gotta say, best money I've ever spent!!!!!!!
