just picked up a free atc 200 m complete i was told its about an 83-84 engine don't turn hasn't run in 18 or more years any suggestions what i should start with ? and is it worth anything if i fix it up ?

Found the issue it was the fuses under the handlebars the harness was not connected properly thanks for the info

No battery is installed correctly and won’t kick start either

just picked up recently installed new battery and have no power anywhere checked fuses ok no ignition or lights is there a master fuse or something i should look for ?
