Seizmik Upper doors, they swing and open with the factory doors. My sons trx90 is next to get some white fenders, his reds are really faded from the previous owner leaving it outside.

Starting on my Honda Big Red build soon. Gathering parts and pieces as we go. Stripping a parts bike frame down this weekend for powder coat and planning to build from that. Plans are 18% Reduction Boss GR, 350cc Big Bore kit from JR Trikesports, 28-29.5 outlaws for now.
The first piece came in the mail today!!! Custom run white Maier Fenders.

The bike by itself is $9800, dirt bikes are more expensive than a 4x4 fourwheeler

you know I’m more of an old school fella myself. LOLbut that 450 is a high dollar build. Those bikes are super expensive new and then the conversion isn’t cheap either

1 hour ago, jeepwm69 said:That's hot. Maier did a group buy on the Honda Hoarders page last month and you could order fenders in any color at a discount price. I thought a BR or 350D in tan would have been awesome.
I looked and even with the discount a set of tan fenders for a 350D would have been about $800. Would be awesome, but I'm poor, so wasn't happening. LOL
My Big Red 250 fenders will be here tomorrow. Making it White to match the pioneer, trx420 and my truck. Also doing a 18% Jeremy Lee reduction and 350cc big bore kit.- 2

I’d look at the starter o-ring, not a lot of oil gets thrown up there so it could be letting water in.

This one has the remnants of the rubber band, it dry rotted and broke some years ago, lol

You mean NOS never installed like this? My buddy has this one on his shelf, never taken out of the box.

Replacement parts will be available for the new units.
If you have a DGL and the clutches wear out you’re SOL
No clutch material in the dgl afaik. It’s a true mechanical locker. I may be wrong though.

That one is going to my buddy for a hunting bike. He’s planning on replacing the headlights with a set of the hays fab plates with the little led bars in them. Thanks for the offer though fish.

You too bud, thanks for the hard work you’ve put in to create this site. I much prefer the forum platform over book of faces....there are some real morons there.

Fish I never knew about the difference in the cables. Wonder if that was something that wide open changed?

I haven’t decided yet. Just know I’m doing a big bore kit on it.
