Carlson 0 Posted April 5, 2023 I have a 2001 trx500 fa. It has no spark I replaced the rectifier, set tps sensor restiance back to specs.I also replace the angle sensor due to 6 flash’s, cleaned the gear position sensor. jeepwm69 7,731 Posted April 5, 2023 Throwing any other codes? Have a good strong green light on the neutral button, and an N on the display? Is the run switch on the left handlebar in the middle? jeepwm69 7,731 Posted April 6, 2023 Yeah, those kind of electrical problems are a PITA I screenshot this out of the 05-14 Rubicon manual, but troubleshooting is probably about the same. Were it me I'd probably unplug all the connectors, clean them out with CRC cleaner, then plug them back in. If that doesn't do anything, you'll have to start checking the individual components in order on that troubleshooting list. You DID put a NGK plug in, just to make sure that's not the problem, right?
