Looking for AKATV, hoping he can fix my meter assay, it lights up but shows nothing has a dark spot in middle of screen

Just gonna say , AKATV is thanksgiving bomb when it comes to fixing meter assy 

he just sent me pics of mine and I’m happy as a pig in slop, great job ole buddy and me we be friends from here on out , if you ever need anything I’m your buddy for life here in cartersville ga

I have a 2006 rancher 350TE. It was in rough shape when I got it from it sitting outside. Hoping to maybe get some help from AKATV with my meter if it’s fixable. I attempted to do it myself, took my time taking everything apart. Not sure if I got the wrong film or have other underlying issues. Originally the film was was curled up and burnt from exposure, the cover wasn’t broken but there was evidence of some moisture as the 2 front screws holding the board in place were rusted pretty bad.
