Ok you need a new key switch -- that is why I had you put jumpers in key sw connector

Buy an OEM switch, not aftermarket junk.   Powersportsnation has used OEM ignitions pretty cheap.   Sometimes you can find one with more than one key.

Lets go back to the last time you had spark.   Was it when you put in the new flywheel?  Reading back through the thread, you got the TPS right and then it would start, but then you replaced the flywheel and it wouldn't run again, correct?

 

Were it me, I'd be swapping the flywheel back.  Are you sure you replaced the original flywheel with the correct part?

@jeepwm69 after I adjusted the tps it got spark but wouldnt start, then replaceing the flywheel got it to run, the other flywheel had rust build up on it, from the previous guy before me leaving the cover off.
