Melatv 797 Posted August 22 (edited) Ok you need a new key switch -- that is why I had you put jumpers in key sw connector Edited August 22 by Melatv
struthers 4 Posted August 23 @Melatv could that be the cause of my issue? Why would it still crank and everything.
jeepwm69 7,731 Posted August 23 Buy an OEM switch, not aftermarket junk. Powersportsnation has used OEM ignitions pretty cheap. Sometimes you can find one with more than one key.

Reading back through the thread, you got the TPS right and then it would start, but then you replaced the flywheel and it wouldn't run again, correct? Were it me, I'd be swapping the flywheel back. Are you sure you replaced the original flywheel with the correct part?
struthers 4 Posted September 10 @jeepwm69 after I adjusted the tps it got spark but wouldnt start, then replaceing the flywheel got it to run, the other flywheel had rust build up on it, from the previous guy before me leaving the cover off.
