slf1 8 Posted August 1 Last year I stripped out the oil plug. Bought thread insert kit. Drilled it out installed insert but having trouble with it leaking. Its a 2000 450 foreman es. Got to playing around with the tap drill a hole in 1/2 metal and tapped it got a 14mm plug it screws into the threads okay. Thinking about pulling the thread insert out and running the tap to clean threads and try plug with out insert any thoughts. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
