Hi Jeepwm69 Thanks for your response, the atv is a 2008 model bought new in Fremont when i lived in CA. It has light usage 1100 hours and 1700 miles only. Used on my horse ranch for light work as you will see. This issue has happened in the past but then stopped being a problem, happened in summer weather never in the winter. How do i get to see a factory service manual? Appreciate your message
