Tony 4 Posted July 28, 2022 Hello everyone Have read of some Honda ATV owners complaining of a stuck or seized clutch adjustment screw. I had the same problem on my 2000 350 rancher.My solution was to loosen the lock nut,apply penetrating oil,and drive for a few days with the lock nut loose.(don't loose it). The constant heating and cooling (with the penetrating oil) of the engine allowed the penetrating oil to work itself in. After a few days I noticed the clutch was slipping more than normal,at which point I was able to move the adjustment screw back and forth (gently) and with a little more oil was able to actually turn the screw very easily.
