MARK L SEMERARO 1 Posted January 22 (edited) I read somewhere the 200 had a chain drive and the 250 had shaft. Is this correct, it has shaft drive? If its a 250, i wonder if its a 1985, i only see in 1984 the trx 200 on sites for parts? Edited January 22 by MARK L SEMERARO
_Wilson_™ 6,567 Posted January 22 The 85 trx125 has a chain drive final.... the trx85, 6 and 7 250a are shaft, and the 86, 7, and 8 trx200sx are chain final drives.
jeepwm69 7,616 Posted January 22 Rear diff tells the story. Those 84 200's were one year only, and had that weird looking rear diff. https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/atv/1984/trx200-a/final-gear-rear-wheel-axle In 85 the TRX250A came out, which shared the same diff as the Big Red 250 3 wheeler.
