Ok here is where I stand. I have taken the blue and green bullet connectors off and powered them and the fan turns on. Then I  unplugged the single blue one by the pull start and ground it and the oil temp light will come on but not turn the fan on? Is it not grounded good or could the oil temp sensor be bad?

Ok guys! Need a little help here. I’m not the greatest on wiring but I know the basics. I want to know if my fan is working on my trx450es before I just get on it and tear out after getting it back up and running. My display is not working currently. Have to get  AKATV to remedy that for me in the near future. But wondering if there is and easy way to test the fan and also a way to test if it is going to cut on at a certain temp. Any and all help is always appreciated. I hate to keep asking such rookie questions but I guess that is what this site is for. 

@freebo86 how did you get all the scratch out like in your second picture? Also did you try anything to bring the shine back yet?

Never mind, finally found the right schematics.

 

Jeep, what did you search at RMATV to find them?

Any body know where i can get some of these without have to pay $5 a piece?

I think I need 4 but didn't know if there was a cheaper place to get these.

Sounds good, i will just look into getting a stock replacement seat. 

 

I'm guessing the front skid plates are a little harder to come by.

 

Anybody know if there is a company that makes a replacement for it?

Shadedtree, just got done looking through that build on the customization page. Super clean setup!!! I will look into that and see. I have the bases and the foam but the foam has a few holes in it and i will still need a cover. Just didnt know if any body close might have one or something.

If its a complete seat i would be willing to pay that for it. Depending on how much you would want for it and if they are in good shape.

I am in middle Tennessee so that wouldn't work. Are they in good shape? Wonder what it would cost to ship one?

 

Anybody have a front skid plate or a seat/seat foam laying around for a 1999 Honda Foreman 450. Trying to get my grandfathers old 4wheeler up and going and needing these. I have the seat and some foam but the foam is pretty chewed up. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Stumbled on this page today and wished I would have found it months ago. Redoing a TRX450ES of my late grandfathers and this place looks like I can get a lot of answers.
