What kit did you use , OEM , Shindy , some after market ? might be the wrong jets in the kit Did you clean the tank as well ? might have recontaminated the carb you just cleaned Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Big Moe 6 Posted March 2, 2021 The problem was the needle valve was shot and allowing the bowl to overflow so I just replaced that and that did it. Otherwise before I did that it was running just fine. After I reinstalled the carb it showed the symptoms I described so I put the rest of the kit in hoping it would do the trick. But no.
