Fishfiles 20,145 Posted April 6, 2022 When I seen St Augustine High School Band marching in Jon Batiste's video , I put two and two together and figured Jon went to St Aug , did some research and yes he did , St Aug is arguably the most prominent black school in New Orleans , have quite a few friends who are alumni , I went Brother Martin and the two school were rivals at all sports , ST Aug is a great school and always is one of the best performing marching bands in New Orleans ---- also learned Jon is the band master of the Late Night Show with Coburn or whatever his name is , guess I won't hold that against him Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
