gmas 0 Posted October 18, 2021 My 2007 680 rincon has a dash that has been in the Texas sun to long. You can see parts of the display, but looks like it is coming apart in layers.

jeepwm69 7,751 Posted October 18, 2021 Well the problem with the 500 Foreman, Rubicon, and Rincon meters is they have imprinting on the meter that shows MPH, Gear position, and the fuel gauge. If @AKATV fixes the burnt display, it will involve removing the layer that has that printing on it. So while it should work fine, you will no longer have the printing on the meter that you see when the meter is not powered up. Now if you're not picky, he can likely fix it, but it won't have any of that imprinting on it.
gmas 0 Posted October 18, 2021 The imprinting wouldn't bother me at all if the machine was shot off.
jeepwm69 7,751 Posted October 18, 2021 I feel the same way. I know what the different numbers on the meter mean without having to have the imprint on the glass showing MPH etc, but it won't be a "like new" meter like the rest of AKATV"s meters are for the older models.
