Going to do to do a rear final drive swap do I need to use a sealant when I install axle tubes and where rear final drive mounts to swingarm?? If yes what kind?

Should be Orings in those places.  A little Hondabond or Threebond won't hurt, but from the factory it was just an Oring.

rear diff to swing arm, uses o-rings, axle tubes to rear diff, same..o-rings, no need for any hondabond or yamabond on these places. only time you use yamabond or hondabond on the rear diff ?, is if you split the rear diff case halves. never..EVER..USE RTV SEALANT ANYWHERE ON AN ATV !.
