Thank the Lord you all are alright!  i have seen crashes at night over the years where the vehicle driver sees tail lights & thinks its the car ahead of them on the road. By the time they realize its parked its too late to react. Just another possibility but i wouldnt mention it to them 😬

Ive done this in the past. Now i kinda worry about any seals drying up. I have no evidence to say they will, but i do know they shrink, ive seen it on petcock rubbers.

JUST found this pic i didnt know existed at my sisters today. Its her man at the time in Jan 84 helping me change the oil in the 6 month old 110. I never knew i ever changed the oil in that thing 😆

I had an Old GoldWing where the rear brake was a dick to bleed, the guys on the forums back then said to brace the rear brake pedal on & leave it over night. Took 2-3 nights of checking & re-applying, but the pressure finally came back & I assume the air was gone.

Sounds like too much air for sure. Start spraying around the intake & air box manifolds.  If it was already out 11 turns its def the jet IMO. Make sure the pilot is clean as well.

Diff times for sure. I watch those shows on  WWII & older wars a lot. This pic i found a few years ago i thought was interesting as its the Japanese view of it happening. Funny how the times have changed & now we can see how it was from both the Nazi's & Japs POV,

Are you adjusting them with the wheels on? I have found with them on you can spin them easier as opposed to just the drum. & Yea theyre a pain to get both adjusters on each side adjusted about the same 😫
