Yeah .006 on intake and .009 on exaust

my 07 500 and my 12 420 both tick like crazy i wish i knew how to figure out what it is

on the 300 page on facebook they always reccomend a 300ex shock

i have a 07 500 foreman footshift and when i put it in reverse it wont move it just revs up but if i push the shifter down and hold it the gears grind the whole time and it kinda starts moving backwards what could be my problem its also kind of hard to get into first but once you get it in first it pulls fine and shifts through the rest of the gears fine
