marcuswayne 21 Posted March 11 I have a 1986 Honda Fourtrax 350 and would like to pull off the flywheel. What size in the bolt that you thread into the end of the flywheel to pop it off? I have tried different pullers with no luck. I need to change the starter clutch that is on the back of the flywheel. Mark

jeepwm69 7,232 Posted March 11 You can get a motion pro fly wheel puller cheap on eBay I live in the boonies and couldn’t find the proper bolt locally so I just ordered an actual fly wheel puller
shadetree 5,543 Posted March 11 i do know for a fact, the rear axle threads that are on your atv are the very same threads that the flywheel is !. yrs ago, i discovered this. i screwed the axle in, then double nutted the outer axle end, used an air impact to screw the axle in, walla, flywheel popped off.
