Yes I hear you "FF" -- my friend has a Can-am which I do the maintenance for him -- one needs 4 hands to do some of the work on it -- good riding bike -- but a pain to work on.

Hi: A fellow here put one on his bike -- but took it off after finding the hard way -- hit something on the trail you grab the handle bar tight -- throttle is moved forward bike is out of control -- riding while standing up you can't control the throttle. -- so be careful

Have you tried WD40 with a little bit heat and tapping lightly on the spot where it's stuck?

Hi: That propeller shaft that is not turning is push into the shaft joint on the engine (spring loaded) -- when you put it in 4WD -- the picture in the post with red has to move far enough to operate the clutch fork to push the propeller shaft towards the engine -- it could be out of adjustment or something bent out of place or the front final clutch has a problem

Haven't seen that happen on 420 -- especial a 2015 -- take better look at it.

Just tack weld it --put the ground clamp on the shaft when welding it.

I have the Go Po 7 -- when saving the video's they take up a lot of space on your PC drive -- so I added a second drive just to store video's
