Hi: If your tires start to leak after cleaning that rust off --- break the tires down -- get a can of rocker panel guard and spray a couple coats on the rim beads

Yes I use the same tires year around -- see my tires in my signature (8 ply) I get two years or better with the same screws. -- great on ice covered road & trails -- I was using they were a pain in the *** I remove the studs when winter is over.

Hi: Check this for 12 VDC --with the key off unplug the ECM -- check for 12 VDC on the Br/Bl wire on the ECM 33 pin connector with the key on and the 4wd switch on.
Black meter test lead on neg. of battery
