Hi: If your tires start to leak after cleaning that rust off --- break the tires down -- get a can of rocker panel guard and spray a couple coats on the rim beads

Was looking for a fitting and came across this -- brake fitting with the right thread -- if you want to make a adapter for testing oil pressure on your ATV -- just get a 1/4 "' female brass fitting and silver solder it to the brake fitting. 

This is only good for TRX420 -- maybe other models

Hi: I built one of those about 10 years ago.

When securing your ATV or Side By Side down, make sure to tie up the loose ends of the strap! NOT my truck but it is a prime example what could happen when that loose end finds its way under your tire or around the inside of the tire as you drive down the road!                                   

Put this in the wrong place

Yes I use the same tires year around -- see my tires in my signature (8 ply) I get two years or better with the same screws. -- great on ice covered road & trails -- I was using they were a pain in the ***  I remove the studs when winter is over.

I measured 30mm socket/spanner

You need a 30 mm socket to remove the nut

Hi: Go to section 23 --- page 23-9 in service -- go through the testing --

Good find --can be repaired -- keep at it -- bypass the connector 

Hi: Check this for 12 VDC --with the key off unplug the ECM -- check for 12 VDC on the Br/Bl wire on the ECM 33 pin connector with the key on and the 4wd switch on.

Black meter test lead on neg. of battery

Hi: That would be 12 volts DC

Hi: If the 4wd switch checks out okay -- then unplug the ECM and check it there (see Diagram) also check the resistance of the front final clutch coil -- should read 5.1 to 5.8 Ohms
