Fishfiles 20,145 Posted June 13, 2023 On this date in 1966, after buying pot from an undercover cop posing as a student at his high school in Yonkers NY, Steven Victor Tallarico is arrested and charged with drug possession. He is given a year's probation and labelled a "youthful offender," which later keeps him from getting drafted. He hangs around Greenwich Village, and seeing a Rolling Stones concert changes his life, especially when friends tell him that he looks like Mick Jagger.
