Hi: When you jumper the pos. of battery to the BL/R wire on the ign. coil -- and the bike started did the "..." disappear and the gear show up?

Hi: just turn key on -- test of battery voltage -- then wait until the fuel pump stops and check the voltage on the Bl/R wire on the ign. coil.

Hi: Big welcome -- first thing I would say bike doesn't start.

Hi: Try this -- place a jumper wire from ign. coil (Bl/R wire on the ign. coil leave the BL/R wire on the ign. coil and just push the jumper in along side of the stab to make contact) -- the other end of the jumper place it on the positive post of the battery -- try starting the bike.

Hi: When you put the red & black leads of your meter together -- does the meter read zero?

Hi: Are you reading the resistance right at the sensor or some where on the harness?

Hi:  No spark -- You should go over these -- ignition coil getting over 100 volts DC (with peak voltage adapter) -- pulse sensor .4 volts min.  (with peak voltage adapter) Full charge on battery -- Exciter voltage -- good spark plug.

Hi: Are you sure about brown/yellow on the CDI -- I can find it -- to test the thermo -- at 77F degrees the resistance should 10,000 ohms you can test this from the CDI Blue/red wire to ground or just disconnect the thermo sensor -- but make sure the engine case is around 77F or you may have to remove it and take in side to test it.
