me too. Someone put that together (poorly) trying to get clicks based on a very sad tragedy. That isn't the first murder/suicide by airliner. Even before Sept 11th IIRC. What a screwed up world we live in today. It's amazing what a one hour ATV ride can do for your mental health.

Just talking with a fellow and we agreed no man has ever said, "My shop is too big and my truck has too much torque."

My WX radio just went off with a Tornado Warning. As usual it's north of us. We are getting heavy rains and some wind but fine so far. The truck needed washed so I'm cool.

Here's the road. Dude was going right to left or going CCW around the turn. Pea gravel was often used on the berms and when a driver cut the corner the gravel got kicked up on the road. Probably didn't help that it was a decreasing radius turn.

I remember seeing one of the 350 triples and rider slide off the road, down a gentle grassy embankment and stopping just a few feet from the lake. By the time I got there to check on him, he was already back on the bike and gone. The only thing left were scratches in the pavement and rolled up sod. That turn was famous for having pea gravel scattered on the surface.

What was the line coming from the muffler? to the fuel pump for. Afterburner 😳😉

Could that be a cam driven fuel pump and maybe turbo hidden where the airbox used to be?

The campground has been having problems keeping the water lines from freezing. Mostly totally dropping the ball on scheduling times the water will be turned off and informing the dozen or so campers that are here. I filled my fresh water tank and drained the gray and black tanks on Thursday evening and by keeping an eye on the trickling faucet right outside I have been able to top off before dropping too low. This morning I got up before dawn to find an 1/8" of ice over everything on my site. The fish cleaning station is right behind our site and there are two cracks in the water lines spraying water into the wind.

This is why Global Warming isn't used anymore. Climate Change covers it all.

4 hours and 19 minutes from the time of that picture until the 8:48 PM high tide. Going to be one salty mess come morning.
