Nothing, not a click, nothing.

Original ECM b/o to green reading 0.00 and r/y to ground reading 0.03, loaner ECM b/o to g reading 12.3 and r/y to ground reading 13.2. This is with battery charger hooked up and charging.

Using original EMC the b/o to g reads 0.00, the r/y to ground reads 0.03, using the loaner readings are b/o to g reads 10.98 and the r/y to ground reads 11.01, I had already gotten the reading using the loaner before I got the message to use the original. The original is plugged in now.

The loaner is plugged in.

I did get 12.3dcv at r/y to ground and the same at r/y to green

R/y to ground I got nothing I even went all the way to the neg post on battery I do have a light tester. B/g to ground read 12.3v

When I thought we had found the problem I sent the meter to AKATV for a repair so I won't have it back until sometime next week. When we were working on it I do know all the lights worked correctly and the N showed up at the right time but the rest of the numbers I don't know.

Good you got some time to go relax and do some fishing. Take your time this thing is not going anywhere.

You are probably right but it gave no problems for 20 years, I got to try and get it fixed.

Well I got retro's loaner and that didn't fix my problem. Both retro and Melatv worked hard on this one and I'm sure they will be scratching their heads. What to do next, I know what I'd like to do is start parting this thing out.

The cook job didn't work so I think I'm going with the new OEM one.

You guys are great teachers, I tried to do what I was told, after all it was for my benefit, y'all were helping me out and I appreciate it. The ECM is in the cooling stage right now.

Guys you are the best!! I’ve learned so much but couldn’t do it again without your help for sure. I did the speed sensor thing and it didn’t shift. I’ll cook the heck out of it tomorrow. I’ll update you on results. Thanks again.

Voltage did not drop. I checked it twice with same readings.

Used different meter start reading was OL checked it still read OL

The meter I was using don't read OL I think reads 1. I'll go check it with the meter that starts out reading OL

It was in great shape, tight, shiny, clean.

Where is this located?

No problem, new reading is 0 on grey/red.

Meter set on 200 the red probe on g/r connector and black hooked to battery neg post reading was 17.5

The only green wire there is g/b.

I don’t have a g/r wire in the 16 p ECM harness connector.
