  1. aren't you splitting the cases on this motor ?..if you are ?.,,then just wait until your get that far when going back together.
  2. yes, if ya remembered to drain the oil ?.
  3. fires right up before i let off the start button, have not done a test ride yet, waiting on shift lever. and i dont do test rides until i am fully done for the most part of the biuld.

  7. yep..sand blaster, i've taken it out for the time being, moved my 20 ton shop press in its place.
  8. why are you putting a manual cam chain adjuster in it ?, you dont need it !!!. i've never used them, never will, waste of money.
  9. i would deff get number # 6 for sure !. better to keep crap out of the rad fins. not sure about # 7 though ?, if they are cheap ?, get them !.
  10. splash guards all on, headlight on, tires washed, but not painted, i'm deciding if i want to just leave them alone this time ?. waiting on some parts, air filter, rear rack, still have to install bottom skid plate, run some tubing for the front and rear differentials. side covers need painting. but here she is in mock up stage so far !. last pic is with light bar all wired up, and all lights on in my dark shop.
  11. neutral light on , on the dash ?, when you say it wont start..this mean it wont crank ?, or not start and run ?. if it cranks, but wont fire up and run ?, then check for spark at plug, with spark plug in boot, while laying on engine, get spark ?. if so ?, then put plug back in cylinder, spray some starting fluid in the intake of carb, it should fire over for a sec or two ?. if it does ?, then this is a fuel issue now. if it does not ?, then timing or compression issue.

  13. rancher ???..cuz thats not what it says in my trx350 service manual 13-6.

  20. wrong !!!!!. if ya read the service manual ?, it tells ya to run a bead of WATER ! around the seal lip ?, odd, yes, reason : grease can work its way to brake shoes !.

  23. i am with toodeep on this one, i dont touch my brakes until they break down !..lol. other than flushing the brake fluid, noticing brake shoe wear ?, i leave them alone.
  24. lol, yeah...even though we can take parts off parts on atvs ?, honda designed them so we can't buy each little part of that part ?..THEY WANT YA TO BUY THE WHOLE PART !..LOL.
