if you followed the service manual to the tee ?, then you should have erased the trouble code/codes. if you did not ?, then the code/codes will still be in memory.

'88 and '89 will be the same, but nothing under an '88. he told me he bought that one I linked from ebay.

spent most of last night ripping the front differential apart, all was in good shape cept the pinion gear oil seal, got that on order ( yes..its still around !..lol ), was out in shop from about 9 pm until 5 am this morning, slept all morning, then had to make a run out to my buds to round up some parts.

it has to be off an '88 bro, no other years will work on his model. front left sitting on bike , top of frame, in rubber holder.

meh, all good bro , its good to see classic atvs !. you better check the piston for damage ?, if the intake valve is bent ?, more than likely it struck the piston. and most times when a valve gets bent ?, its because of a bad cam chain , out of time ?, or bad connecting rod ?.

and what do you do when honda no longer sells oem bearings ?. we wont have a choice then. partzilla is already selling china seals that are suppose to be honda parts made in japan ?..BUT THEY ARE MADE IN CHINA !.

I dont know who makes boss bearings ?, but I do know the boss bearings that I have bought in the past have held up great. your prob right, they prob got bought out by all balls ?. when we no longer can get oem from honda ?, were gonna have no choice but to buy after market bearings.

at this build rate, I have a feeling this is gonna explode too !..lol.

shoot, just strap a rocket on the back of it, call it a day !..lol.

I wont touch the fenders until I get that far along, I work from the inside out, lol. but I can take some pics if I can remember too !..lol.

Got the frame pressure washed, back in the shop, first coat of paint on the frame.

not bad !, not worth his asking price though, rear bumper is a good catch, as well as the speedo !. i'd offer him 2500 tops if its in great shape ?. pics dont tell you everything !..lol.

unless your in Canada ?, honda does not '' see '' a 1992 trx350d foreman 4x4 model in their service manuals !!. u.s.a. only '' see's '' up to 1989 models. if you do a lot of heavy/tough work ?, then this model is the best, it does not ride or turn very good ?, but it sure will do what you ask of it when it comes to working !!.
