Colbybogolin 6 Posted February 17, 2020 May seem like a dumb question, but is the crankcase breather (tube) supposed to blow air?
SlammedRanger 1,536 Posted February 17, 2020 Yes they will pulse with the engine rotations. The piston going down in the stroke displaces air and that is one of the main reasons for the crank case breather.
toodeep 1,746 Posted February 17, 2020 Some of them make a noticeable chirping sound out of the bottom of the drain tube (flapper hose in place).
