Got the old 1978 Husqvarna 162se finished up today, ran about a tank through it fine tuning, for a 44 year old saw it still rips with a 20" bar and full chisel chain on it. I did a muffler mod on a cheap aftermarket one I got for the 61 I was rebuilding, then decided to put it on the 162. Tuned up the carb a bit more again, and she purrs nicely. I have no idea if this saw cut wood since the late 80 or not. I think the piston is a little bit scorned , noticed it with the muffler off, but once it goes I might put a 272 top on it and make it a real runner. Probably have the same plans for the 61 that's on the bench now, parts should be here next week, then I'll have two 62cc saws here, 1-55cc and a 30cc.

So apparently VerticalScope has bought Aboursite. They are getting their fingers into everything now.

That 2165 looks alot like a 61,162se, style. I think they are similar.

Added a basket case Husqvarna 61 to my collection, she's a runner now, the 162se if running also. Just have to either fix or replace the oiler on the 61 to handle the 20" bar. The 61 was a mess. But a new muffler and a few other parts she looks good now.

The 2019 420 manual is there, they are the same.

Yea the 300 kq's have 24" fronts and 25" rears. I'm still running the original tires on mine with tire chains to plow snow

@toodeep might be able to help, or @jeepwm69, I know jeep has worked on one before.

I'm not positive but I think Kimpex and VIP Flare might have something to do with each other.

The OP has a Kimpex windshield, he would have to contact them directly to find a replacement plastic piece.

I caught most of mine on a 5-6 fly rod with long streaming flies

I use steel leaders when fishing pike.

Where are you located and how much for as is condition?

I have one here, 357cc engine and a 33" cut on mine. I prefer the plow on the quad.....lol
