update: i just got off the phone with my local post office, spoke to a manager there, she informed me, that the seller can go online, and file a claim for lost package ?, so 1080, i except you to do this right now, or, refund me my money, don't give me anything back other than your taking care of this. i am done with this. p.s. well one of the packages finally made it to memphis,tn, then next day left, was sitting in this same '' saying '' for 3 day's, then this morning, my same package made it BACK TO MEMPHIS,TN like is never got there in the first place, and said it left there at 9:24 am this morning, currently on its way to its destination, AND STILL HAS NOT MADE IT TO LITTLE ROCK AS OF RIGHT NOW, AND ITS 8:02 PM !!..LOL. WTFE.

yes, but i did not know about the gear set until after i put the engine back together and in the frame to test it out in the back yard ?, then you mentioned the gear set...i was like...well crap...now i gotta rip my new project all back apart !..lol.

lol, yeah, the temp ( inside my shop ) is warmer, spray paint needs a warmer temp to dry good.

i agree...to a point ?. most times when i take a project on ?, i'm splitting cases period, as most of the projects i get are sunk, and even if they were never sunk ?, going by the looks of the rest of the atv , if it looks worn out, abused ?, then yep, i'm tearing the engine apart !. so in this case, like you said ^^..change the parts out while your in there !. if i had known about that first 500 i did about the first gear ?, i would have changed it out ?!, but then i found out AFTER the fact from you ?, sure enough..it was bad !..lol. lesson learned: fix it while your in there !..lol.

might be over spray ?..i don't shoot for a 100% perfect paint job...want that ?..buy a new atv !..lol.

i seem to have lost track of this thread !. i don't know what all you have done lately ?, but fair warning !!!! : with a bad axle like you posted ^^^..odd's are, if you keep riding it ?, you will ruin your good ring gear splines, and then tear up the pinion gear teeth, as well as all the bearings inside the diff. DON'T RISK IT !!!. i know you say '' it'll get me by for a few more week's '' ?, but ask yourself this..DO YOU REALLY WANT TO SPEND MORE CASH THEN..BECAUSE YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD LAST ?..ehh..not me...not worth the time and money !.

update: got a few things painted and installed, here's some pic's for what little progress i've got done :-).

RMATV shows them at $ 1,379.21, what i would do is, have a member here in the states buy it from them, then have it shipped to you, ( or you meet them at the border ? ) save you tons of cash. there is more than one way to skin a cat !..lol.

update: got a text alert that my parts from 1080 LEFT MEMPHIS,TN AGAIN AT 9:24 AM THIS MORNING ?!!..ROFL. well...too freaking late, i ordered a brand new oil pump from rocky mountain atv ( and some other small parts to get free shipping ), and they are already shipped out. so...either way..i'm gonna finish this engine come h__l or high water ?!..lol. upper and lower ball joints i ordered show to be here tomorrow by FEDEX !!.( that i don't have a problem with.. unlike some do ? ), so i will be able to get the front end back together somewhat :-).
