you will need to put the motor back in the frame, use the 8mm stud at the front to put the tranny in neutral, once this is done, install the angle sensor on the end of the shifting shaft ( it only fits on way ), carefully rotate the angle sensor clockwise to line up the bolt holes, this should get your neutral light to stay on and solid.

ok, got my brand new 2021 sunlite home last night, here's a few pics of the outside for now. not happy about the 30 amp power cord not being 25ft !..lol. i'll have to get an extension cord to plug it into my 30 amp outlet box later.

outside reads 6mm, but standard measurements to me looks like 8ga, higher number, smaller diameter wire gauge. deff not 6 ga !..lol.

bearings in rear diff wrong bearings ?, or you did not press them back into the case correctly ?. races in swing arm: do what i do...drill a 1/2 hole in left side, use a long bar stuck in there, all the way to tin cup, hammer it out !. once right side is out, reverse the process to hammer the left race out. nope, no packages have came here ?..ya sure ya got the right address ?..rofl..

if you can remember where/who you purchased the parts from ?, maybe they can pull it up on their end to show you the purchase to show your insurance, just explain to them it was stolen, and you need proof of the part cost.

my first thought is a bad angle senosr. second thought, dump it, buy a manual shift model..problem solved !..lol.

my .02's worth, SRA, manual shift, PS i can do without, 4x4 is a must have with a warn winch, roller fair lead all the way !. i'd stay clear of the trx420's..they are junk in my book.

seem's too me ?..all your prob's is cuz yer working on a es model !..rofl.

i can tell ya right now, thats too much of a load on the charging system for that atv.
