i'll bet ya a dollar, once you replace the fuel pump, maybe clean or replace the injector ?, it will fire right up..bet ???..lol.

and was that cir-clip under the front dust seal like i said ?. and i sure hope you found new or used seals to replace the old dust seals ?...they are discontinued from honda.

yes that brake drum seal is replaceable, but they are discontinued from honda, used or aftermarket is all that you can do.

if it hits off starting fluid ?, but not off the reg fuel ?, then this is a fuel delivery issue. 420's are bad about the fuel pumps going out. just because you see some fuel coming out of the injector ?..DOES NOT MEAN IT HAS ENOUGH FUEL PRESSURE !.

now just because ya got it fixed ?..DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO RUN OFF !!..LOL.

noooo..they just dont press into place ?..NOT UNTIL YOU REMOVE THE CIR-CLIP UNDER THE FRONT DUST SEAL !..LOL. then it presses out the front side.

you have to pull the outside dust seal, then remove the large cir-clip !..lol. it presses out the front side.

he's already got the cases split, and no, his oil filter was not in backwards as he first thought ?. pretty sure he has it under control, does not need me...yet !..lol.

i've got 29 yrs under my belt working on honda atc's, atvs ( old schools ), a few motorcycles, small engines. its always great to have members here that can help others !.

be sure to clean/flush out the oil cooler very well !.

oil pump is trashed !!!. you need to very closely inspect all of your engine, and engine parts for metal !.

ummm..that is the starter clutch one-way bearing !..you need the centrifugal clutch one-way bearing..which is discontinued..lol.

i just checked rocky mountain atv, they have the front wheel bearings in stock, not sure if they ship to you though ?. the centrifugal clutch one-way bearing is discontinued, if you can't locate one on ebay ?, and no one here has one ?, holler at me, i'll see if i can get ya fixed up !. not sure what the shipping cost will be to get it to ya ?..but hey...just how bad do you want it ?..lol.
