my only stupid move was on my 42nd birthday..with a few can's of liquid courage, and freshly rebuilt trx250 fourtrax, new tires, thought i would do one of those drifting around a gravel road down at my cabin, needless to say, they don't slide very well with brand new tires on the back !..i rolled over about 2-3 times, picked myself up off the ground, had some road rash..not too bad..i looked over at my atv, it was upside down resting on the bar grips....STILL RUNNING MIND YOU !, i limped over to it, flipped it back over while it was running, took off on my merry way..when then they say drunk drivers always survive some of the worst crashes ?..THEY AIN'T B.S.'ING !..LOL. from this point on ?, i do not ride stupid !.

i would not worry about that shift drum bearing, i've never seen one go bad ?, like you said..they do not spin 360 when running ?, no need to worry about it.

funny you should say those last words ^^^..it took my dads guns getting removed from my house to put up security camera's all around my house. no one...AND I MEAN NO ONE !, can step one foot on my property without me getting a text alert, and them being recorded !. i tell every person who steps on my land..'' just so you know..you are being recorded right now by my camera's''..most don't have a problem with it.

i am leaning towards a sunk motor at one point !. would explain all the bearing colors, marks, so forth and so on. PO prob flushed it before you got your hands on it, but by then, running it after a sinking, ruined the bottom end. make sure to carefully clean/flush/wash/clean/flush how ever many times as it takes to get that bottom engine cases, as well as any other parts !..totally clean !!!. any kind of sand, grit ?..will destroy a lower engine and bearings !!!!.

really did not have much of a choice ?, rims needed fixing, tires were dry rotted, figured what the heck, time to plant some new tires on her. she's not perfect ?, but dang close !!..lol.

its always best to replace any parts on the inside while your this deep into it !. i think your going about this build in a very good way, plus you are in great hands here !.

only stupid thing i have seen is a few guy's on atvs..trying to cross lakes...AND FORGETTING TO START THE OUTBOARD MOTOR ON THE REAR RACK !!..ROFL.

yep..they have decent tread on them bro..but the side walls are bad. i had to break them down anyway to fix the dents on the lips of the rims, figured i may as well just buy new tires. if you want these for your project 350's ?. let me know..i'll stash them back, hold them for you next time you head this way, free of charge if you want them ?. no they do not leak. :-).

gonna have to start off at $ 2,500.00 now that i had to buy new tires...lol. yeah..that guy is a moron to say the least..550 for a pile of junk...haha..then reported me !..rofl..umm...dude..i'm the only mod here ..helloooo !!!..lol.

update: just placed an order for 4 brand new itp mudlite at's, these tires are dry rotted, and some rims need fixing, bit the bullet, bought new tires. thanks goes out to fish for pointing me to bike bandit for the cheapest price !.

i have not listed it yet on CL's, i might put it in at $ 2,300.00- $ 2,500.00 ?, i will wait until i am all done to decide on asking price. i have not test road it yet ?, so i will make my final judgement after i see that everything is working as it should ?. the shift lever seems to not '' feel '' right when i lift up or push down ?, i am hoping the clutch is maybe sticking on disk ?, or it needs adjusting ?, all i know is..is something is not right with it at times when changing gears ?!.

these two bearings DO spin around when running. if they wont spin by hand 360 ?, then replace them.
